What do you love about being a personal trainer?

I enjoy helping people. I have clients that come to me with all walks of life. Doctor needs them to lower BP or their cholesterol is high. I devise a workout plan to resolve that issue. I’ve also worked with Physical Therapists on rehabbing total knee or hip replacement with clients. Or people come to me and just want to get healthy and know how to work out. I enjoy meeting people and giving advise and the tools to achieve their goals. I feel its a privilege to help people. I’ve had the great opportunity to be a Personal Trainer for a number of years, and the way I train my clients is for each and every one to understand the knowledge take it with them. I want my clients to take the workouts anywhere and do them anytime.

My hope is:

I was able to facilitate to them the knowledge and understanding how to have life long healthy habits.

What do you love about being a personal trainer?

I love seeing people achieve their dreams that they never thought possible!

Why do you do what you do?

It is an honor and a privilege to walk along side others on their journey to achieving their dreams. It is not always just about the physical goals, but also emotional and/or spiritual healing. Being used as an instrument of encouragement, coaching, and guidance fills me up more than anything else. It is very humbling to be used to help others change their lives.

What you love about being a personal trainer?

What I love about being a personal trainer is that it not only allows me to share my passion of educating and inspiring others to begin exercising, but also help individuals become happy, confident, and proud of the body they are in.

Why do you do what you do?

I do what I do because I was one the person that would come into the gym without a clue of what I was doing, complete a mediocre workout a few times a week, and then wonder why I was not seeing results. This frustration is what sparked my interest in fitness and led to countless hours reading, researching, and ultimately a degree in exercise science. It has since been my goal to take all of the guess work out of exercising. Immediately get each one of my clients started on a personalized program geared towards their individual goals so that progress and results are seen right away.

What you love about being a personal trainer?

The best part of training is getting to constantly expand my own horizon and pushing the boundaries of my own capabilities and knowledge, and then passing that on to each of my clients.

Why do you do what you do?

I am a trainer because there is so much misinformation and misleading advice in regards to living a healthy life and improving performance, let alone differing theories, protocols, and body types. I do this to wade through the murkiness so my clients can achieve success

The thing that I love most about being a personal trainer is just being able to inspire and change people’s lives. Becoming healthy and fit, is never easy and starting is always the hardest. But honestly, being able to have clients tell me I wouldn’t be able to do this without you, makes my job so much more rewarding. All I ever cared about doing was being able to help people.

Why I became a personal trainer?

I became a personal trainer because I have a passion for helping people become healthier and stronger.

Philosophy

I believe that Fitness can be utilized for more than just achieving an optimal physique. Fitness is skill that when used properly can improve health, quality of life, self-esteem, and confidence. Fitness should be fun and enjoyable, something to look forward to and something that leaves you feeling satisfied with a sense of accomplishment.

When I design a fitness program for a client I take into account the whole person. I do this because true fitness needs to be instilled in to every part of life, body, mind, and sprit to become an effective tool in improving health. With my clients I take in to account their work schedule, stress level, health status, and past experience with fitness to create an exercise programthat is goal specific, effective and efficient

I enjoy helping people live healthier lives and I love when clients reach goals they never thought possible. But my greatest passion is coaching someone to push themselves past the normal limits of fitness. This is why I achieved my certification as a strength and conditioning specialist though the National Strength and Condition Association (NSCA). I enjoy coaching athletes of all athletes

Why do you do what you do?

I believe my key strength is my ability to connect with an individual and help develop a plan to get them where they want to go and make that journey as effective and fun as it can be.
