What do you love about being a personal trainer?

I love about personal training is that I get to make people feel beautiful and more confident in their own skin. I prove to my clients time and time again that they can achieve ANYTHING they put their mind to. With the right mind a strong heart and a great trainer, you CAN be fit.

Why do you do what you do?

I do what I do because it’s where I love to be. I was always told, if you love what you do, you won’t work a day in your life. Which I find completely false, but I LOVE what I do and it makes everyday so much fun.

What do you love about being a personal trainer?

Fitness is a vital part of living a long, healthy, and happy life. In today’s day & age our society is relying more on technology and becoming less active. Training clients gives me the opportunity to share the knowledge I’ve gained and walk alongside people as they work towards bettering themselves both physically and mentally.

My hope is:

I have a passion and heart for people. I strive to be a source of positivity in the lives of each person I come in contact with.

What do you love about being a personal trainer?

I am a Coach. Why do I love being a coach? Because my purpose in life is to help others reach their greatest potential. To inspire. To change lives. To create Impact! What I do each day allows me to do just that!

My hope is:

That I can teach others the value of not putting strength on top of dysfunction. Many people these days struggle with aches and pains that could be addressed inside or outside the gym. Oftentimes, those same people are performing movements in the gym that further aggravate said aches and pains. Let’s get you to move well, then move often!

Favorite Quote:

“A restaurant is the only place that you get the good stuff first, then you pay the price. You need to pay the price of success before you get all the rewards. Just because you haven’t seen the benefits of hard work doesn’t mean they aren’t coming. You ALWAYS reap what you sow.”

I really enjoy seeing people’s faces light up after they reach their goals and see positive changes in their bodies and minds.  Being able to meet new people and help them improve their lives is such a cool thing that I am fortunate to share.

My hope is:

My hope is for people to understand how important your health and wellness is, and to help them to improve it, so they are able to live a fuller life.

What do you love about being a personal trainer?

I enjoy helping people. I have clients that come to me with all walks of life. Doctor needs them to lower BP or their cholesterol is high. I devise a workout plan to resolve that issue. I’ve also worked with Physical Therapists on rehabbing total knee or hip replacement with clients. Or people come to me and just want to get healthy and know how to work out. I enjoy meeting people and giving advise and the tools to achieve their goals. I feel its a privilege to help people. I’ve had the great opportunity to be a Personal Trainer for a number of years, and the way I train my clients is for each and every one to understand the knowledge take it with them. I want my clients to take the workouts anywhere and do them anytime.

My hope is:

I was able to facilitate to them the knowledge and understanding how to have life long healthy habits.

I love seeing people achieve their dreams that they never thought possible!

Why do you do what you do?

It is an honor and a privilege to walk along side others on their journey to achieving their dreams. It is not always just about the physical goals, but also emotional and/or spiritual healing. Being used as an instrument of encouragement, coaching, and guidance fills me up more than anything else. It is very humbling to be used to help others change their lives.

What you love about being a personal trainer?

The best part of training is getting to constantly expand my own horizon and pushing the boundaries of my own capabilities and knowledge, and then passing that on to each of my clients.

Why do you do what you do?

I am a trainer because there is so much misinformation and misleading advice in regards to living a healthy life and improving performance, let alone differing theories, protocols, and body types. I do this to wade through the murkiness so my clients can achieve success

What do you love about being a personal trainer?

The thing that I love most about being a personal trainer is just being able to inspire and change people’s lives. Becoming healthy and fit, is never easy and starting is always the hardest. But honestly, being able to have clients tell me I wouldn’t be able to do this without you, makes my job so much more rewarding. All I ever cared about doing was being able to help people.

Why do you do what you do?

I do what I do because I feel like I have found my true life passion. I feel like I have the capabilities to continue to help inspire and motivate people. I love the feeling of being able to alter someone’s perspective about health and fitness. I love being able to have them adapt to this lifestyle.
