Dhakir Bey is a highly experienced Certified Coach/Trainer certified by the National Council on Strengthand Fitness (NCSF) and is a Strength Trainer for Young Athletes Coach.
Dhakir began his training in 2002 while attending the United States Naval Academy and being a member on the varsity football team. There he helped in the training workouts for various sports clubs such as varsity basketball (men and women) and the sprint football teams. Dhakir has recently worked with the Eastfield College Police Academy and as a Speed and Movement Coach with North Dallas High School Boys’ Basketball Program. In addition to personal training, his main focus is the volunteer work initiative with the Juvenile Detention Centers (Dallas Youth Village) and has expanded to include building fitness and nutrition programs with low income community villages.
As a Fitness and Movement Coach, Dhakir provides education to his clients about strength training, cardio goals, basic functional training and nutrition. He also offers guidance on reaching individual goals, self-accountability and ways to help track the individual’s progress. Dhakir uses his expertise to help clients increase their confidence, communication, strategic skills and awareness of self.

I enjoy helping people. I have clients that come to me with all walks of life. Doctor needs them to lower BP or their cholesterol is high. I devise a workout plan to resolve that issue. I’ve also worked with Physical Therapists on rehabbing total knee or hip replacement with clients. Or people come to me and just want to get healthy and know how to work out. I enjoy meeting people and giving advise and the tools to achieve their goals. I feel its a privilege to help people. I’ve had the great opportunity to be a Personal Trainer for a number of years, and the way I train my clients is for each and every one to understand the knowledge take it with them. I want my clients to take the workouts anywhere and do them anytime.
