Watching my clients change physically and mentally is as rewarding as it gets, and helps motivate me to be a better trainer everyday. WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO? My life has been largely impacted by my own personal fitness. I remember not feeling strong enough or not in shape enough and not knowing what to do about it. Now when I have those feelings I am motivated to push harder to reach my own goals. Fitness has literally saved my life in more ways than one, and if I can impact someone else’s life in the same way there’s no better feeling. Working daily with clients and achieving their goals gives a real buzz and a sense of true purpose as my skill generates a positive difference in people’s lives. I am literally able to put a smile on my clients faces! This positive energy is seriously contagious and becomes infectious in the world. For as long as I can remember, I loved being active. I enjoyed playing games and sports with the kids in my neighborhood and participated in sports through college. In the last 20 years, I have become a recreational cyclist and triathlete. I have a passion for wellness and I want to help other people improve their lives through fitness and nutrition.
